Excellent service. My phone kept playing up I think due to the network but the poor man who was helping me called me back two times. He was probably wondering what was going on but he patiently talked me through the advice and gave me some contacts. Unfortunately it hung up yet again before I could finish the call for the log and say bye but very grateful none-the-less.

Wow! Is all I can say! Thank you to Karen at the Wakefield branch who has gone above and beyond! I was told about a lovely chair that was in the window (the person who told me about it didn’t think to take a photo!). I called the store and spoke to Karen who took a photo and sent it across for me, she even measured it!!I popped in to the branch on Tuesday to order 2 chairs and all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! It’s hard to come by these days. Karen knows my current situation and the stress I have been under trying to find furniture. She was sympathetic towards me and has been nothing short of amazing. I want to thank Karen and the staff in the Wakefield store from the bottom of my heart. You are fantastic! ❤️

At first I thought this site was friendly and helpful but the last time i posted a query on the community without knowing me some guy thought i was ok and acceptable to be intimidating! And narcissistic by the way he spoke! Without reason and I reported this but the scope community did not remove it or warn the guy. Literally the guy judged me with a vile comment to my post. I do NOT recommend you use this site as some of the people on there are vile and do not deserve oxygen! Also the admin are very unhelpful when it comes to bullying! I was involved in a bad accident nearly breaking my neck or ending up paralysed AND i have enough evidence that a lawyer has taken it on so i can claim compo whereas if i had no good evidence etc they would definitely have NOT taken my case on. This scxmbag tbh needs his head kicked in for thinking it's acceptable to intimidate and troll women! And the fact the admin did nothing has made me feel anxious about ever using the site again! Scope community you are full of trolling cxnts and are supposed to be a charity!

I agree with queen of complaints. The actual scope team are helpful however, some of the members are vile. A man had a go at me as well when I was in desperate need of help. I reported him and hey ho, nothing done. Don’t use the site any more.

I am currently donating to this charity and wanted a specific date to send a direct debit, the staff refused and said there was only a small selection of dates they can take donations.Could you guys be a bit more flexible, please? I like the work you’re doing but youDon’t have to be so rigid.Their recruitment staff is the same, not really that helpful.

Asked to cancel which they stated they did, but was charged again and still chasing after them regarding this.

Brought some model cars and almost new pair of shoes from Scope Charity Shop on Streatham Hill . The lady what served me was very nice and chatted and joked for a bit. She wrapped my cars and put them in a bag and told me to do rest of my shopping and pick it up on the way back. The clothes in the shop were well displayed and looked clean. Great shop and I plan to go back.

I have to say that there are horrible people in the furniture store Northampton. While there one of the staff a lady, shouted out to a man who was asking for help, probably money, not sure, to get off that he wasn’t welcome there. The man went out without saying a word.I bought some furniture which costed £220 and I gave them my sofas for free which were all in excellent condition. When delivering the furniture I noticed that 2 wheels were faulty and I called the store as I wasn’t willing to receive them like that, they promised me the wheels were at the store and they were going to bring them to me. It was 3 weeks ago and they didn’t even called me back how they said. They are not honest people, selling faulty furniture without letting us to know, so we can decide if buying them or not and promising to make things right but doing nothing. 👎

In work, support service is very poor, not suitable for complex support. They have provided me with misleading advice about UC. They offered poor quality application reviews.
