Care staff deserve to be treated better …

Posting on behalf of my husband. I worked for this company for less than a month, they lied about the violence towards staff and organisation was poor. On leaving it turns out they over paid me, didn't call me email or write to me, 6 months later I get a letter from a debt collector, called them they just said sorry for lack of communication but you need to pay. Care staff deserve to be treated better.
