Die Stiftung bezweckt die nachhaltige Sicherung und Förderung der Existenzgrundlagen in den Schweizerischen Berggebieten, insbesondere mittels: 1. Verbesserung der wirtschaftlichen Lebensgrundlagen in den Berggebieten, insbesondere durch Auszeichnung von Initiative und Unterstützung von Innovation im Sinne von "Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe". Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt dabei der Berglandwirtschaft; 2.
