Refused to accept liability for transport costs incurred, did refund my purchase costs and one transport fee accepting the items were faulty but I was left with the original transport costs of £150 right before Christmas, that I would not have incurred had the items been properly described as I would not have purchased them. Am now having to take legal action to recover my money.
