My experience with Target Housing (targethousing.org.uk) was far from satisfactory. Despite being promised tailored support, the service fell short of my needs. I frequently encountered excuses for not receiving the assistance I requested, and attempts to adjust session times to fit my schedule were met with resistance due to staffing issues.Target Housing exhibited a pattern of making significant, unannounced changes to my care plan, which had a detrimental impact on my well-being. These actions were not communicated beforehand, leading to considerable distress. The responses from Target Housing staff were shockingly dismissive and unsupportive, which is unacceptable for a mental health care provider. I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.
