I tried to log in for the exam before the appointment time and it lasted over 2 hours. Finally, the system did not work. Then I received support from their team. I came back and tried log in again but the same error. I tried to call your team but waited on the phone for over haft an hour and I lost £20 credit before reaching your team.Updated: they rejected refund for reason: I quit my exam even I spent my whole day try to log in (prometric, their third party). ATT decided could not refund to me due to my internet fault (even I could hear clearly from their staff that time via online system, means there is no problem with the internet).
