I hate to leave a charity negative…

I hate to leave a charity negative reviews but unfortunately I have received no support from kidney care UK. I’ve had dialysis for 12 years and I’m currently on my second transplant. I’ve asked them for support more than once and they have not been helpful at all. I do not recommend donating.

They are not willing to help

I just get my PIP form and I need to send it back before October, they not gave me too much time especially that I have to wait 2 weeks for the form to arrive. My social worker asked Kidney Care UK for help with filling my form They juat text me that they don;t have a time and first bookiing could be in the mid of October which is too late.I'm absolutely devastated now, as not feeling mentally well to foll this form.I not even strted and already is going wrong. It's bad sign and I already gave up, so depressed but they don't care. That message from Kidney Care UK from Adele really hit me badly, so I decided to put my comment here to describe my experience.
