Mission

Ⅰ　事業活動の概要を弊法人の定款から紹介します。 目的 成田市民等に対して、われわれに本来備わっている、社会的責任感と感性に基づくコミュニケーション（情報処理）能力を啓発すると共にWebサイトシステムの構築支援により地域社会の健全な発展に寄与します。 NPO法人活動の種類 情報化社会の発展を図る活動 事業 ① 会員のパソコン操作能力、インターネットによるコミュニケーション能力ならびにWebサイト・システム開発能力およびプログラミング能力の啓発を図る定例の勉強会に関する事業 ② 自主防災Webシステムの構築支援など地域社会のコミュニケーション環境の改善に関する事業 ③ この法人自らのWebサイトを構築・運営する事業 ④ 夏休み等を利用した老若世代にわたる一般市民を対象とするスクラッチによるプログラミング能力の普及啓発に関する事業 ⑤ その他本定款第3条の目的を達成するために必要な事業 Ⅱ　現在までの事業の進展経過と反省 創設2年度の草創期ですが、コロナ禍の制約環境を克服しつつ、事業を続けて来ました。上記①項については、開催率は、ほぼ100％を達成しています。ただし、②項以下については、②は人材不足で未着手、?、④については着手したものの、初期段階を脱していません。 これを反省しますと、事業意義の認識の徹底・深化が不十分ということがあげられます。この反省の契機は、この紹介文を起案するにあたって、弊法人の情報システムの再定義に迫られたことであります。種々、模索した結果、岡潔博士の「知・情・意」の中でも「情（こころ）」を、第二の心として、最上位に位置付ける唯識哲学に遭遇したことは、筆者にとって近来「目から鱗」の事象であります。 岡博士の逝去された1978年は、現在のような情報システムは、つぼみの段階で、岡博士の著述に直には表れていないように見受けられます。筆者としては、その精神を受け継ぎ、知識や意志のシステムとしての所謂「INFORMATION　SYSTEM」ではなく、 日本語の字義通り「情報（こころをしらせる又はこころにむくいる）システム」として、新たに、弊法人のシステムを定義したいと思うところです。岡博士の言うとおり、日本人には「情（こころ）」が納得しなければ、コミュニケーションは成立しないということは、常識でありましょう。今後、この観点から、システムとかプログラミングについて、考えていきたいと思います。 　以上、舌足らずですが、今後の弊法人の進路の指針として、述べました。これは現状公式の「情報システム」の考え方を、否定するものではないことを付言しておきます。 　道を究めるとは、その意義の探究をも含むという趣旨であることをご理解いただければ幸いです。 　関連して、論ずべきことは、多々浮かんできますが、これは、個人ブログの形で今後発表していきたいと思います。 以上
