Took three phone calls to purchase…

Took three phone calls to purchase tickets for the pre season friendly. Was cut off for the first one, second one no confirmation received (he didn't bother taking all the details). Have spent a total of 3 hrs trying to get it sorted, no replies to email or through social media. There excuse is that their is an excess of calls, well if the online booking system worked, you replied to emails and actually did the job right first time, guess what? Half the people calling would not have too.

Appalling Customer Service

A word of warning to be very wary of purchasing from West Ham's official online store. After waiting 14 days for my processed order to arrive, I was finally notified that it had been, "lost in transit" without any further explanation. These were tracked items, which had been purportedly, "packed." Despite chasing up my order by email, they failed to reply. Disgraceful customer service.
