Paid for a VPN service that was then canceled by the seller. On the sellers site it says that he has refunded me but this has not happened. Raised an issue with PayPal that was ruled in his favor.

They cannot be contacted and this artificial intelligence is not suitable for anything. My situation concerns a transaction that was suspended and later disappeared. And the money didn't return anymore, I won't use PayPal because there's not even a way to contact them. I don't recommend

PayPal is for the Merchant and not there customers. I notice some activities on my PayPal account that I didn't makes which is called unathorize transaction, someone was using my account paying for things from TikTok via a seller and I looked up unathorize transactions on PayPal and it says to go tp TikTok first that most likely it could be resolved and that I could go directly to the seller, merchandise was brought on a Saturday and I notice that and notified TikTok and the Seller on Sunday about the unathorize transactions to please cancel orders and refund my money I was ignored by both and on Monday the stuff was mailed out and I was charged anyway even though I notified both in time to cancel the order. On Monday I filed a unathorize transaction complaint with PayPal and gave all transactions and the steps I used to resolve this and was totally ignored and it took PayPal 20 minutes to come back with a decision against me in the Merchant favor what kind of investigation was that. It took longer filing the claim, proofing that was my account and changing my password,no way will I buy even a stick of chewing gum using PayPal. PayPal is all for the Merchant

Was trying to use the pay in 4 system they have, PayPal took my money from the merchants website, however the payment errored and the transaction didn’t go through. Contacted support who cleared the pending charge which was great, however after giving me the copypaste runaround, they transferred me to the “pay in 4 team” who have zero power and just gave me another run around. Essentially, because PayPals payment errored, I’m no longer allowed to use pay in 4 and there’s nothing support can do. Terrible company, terrible service. Dodgy.

Had a buyer make a claim said I lied didnt send tracking, wants refund for item not delivered. I sent SS of my sending tracking, a pic of the package, a picture from the buyer and a paragraph of thanks they couldnt be happier of the merchandise, this was 3 days prior to their claim. Case closed in my favor, Buyer opens claim says item doesnt match description, says it is fake. Then becomes beligerant, threatens physical harm, sends a video throwing the item ! Paypay orders a refund??? Buyer sends a threatening letter and does not return the item, I called and reported this the day the package was delivered, They did not care, Lynn from paypal executive office blamed me for all of this situation, they erased the entire matter from my account, they have lied they have ignored and they do not care. I am going to report this fraudulent activity and I am not going to stop until I am compensated.I have all the evidence anyone needs and they know they are at fault , they cant even provide what they are obligated to provide as a payment service per their own policies! this fraudulent corporation needs put out of business theres a reason this number of people have complained and left negative reviews and it certainly is not this end of the situation. All that paypal is doing is killing that quarterly report, expect profits to continue to drop as they have been, the real reports not the shareholder fluff thats doctored up? I am extremely angry as would anyone be but Every thing I have said is the condensed short version of the facts and the truth about this horrible corporation and just one example of the fraudulent activities occurring as daily events . Class Action lawsuit will be soon, on top of all the other class action lawsuits ongoing it would appear.

Used Paypal to purchase a product for $1,399. Due to the amount and first time buying from this seller they put the amount as Pending. When I went to purchased the product the seller wouldn't release it because it was 'Pending' by Paypal and the seller hadn't received the funds. I needed the product so I paid again. I called Paypal straight away to cancel the payment which was less than 24hrs. Despite the promises I did not receive a ticket to confirm refund. I called again the next day and was told it was under review and pending but the funds will still go to the seller. Don't use them for local sellers where you can go in buy yourself. If you need the product you will have to wait until they finish their review however long that is. I won't be using them again.

I've used PayPal for many years and my experience is mixed. On the plus side, their dispute resolution can be effective and refunds are sometimes handled quickly. On the downside, fees can add up, occasional account holds are frustrating, and support response times vary.
