Das Aktionsbündnis Seelische Gesundheit ist eine bundesweite Initiative, die 2006 ins Leben gerufen wurde. Sie setzt sich für die Prävention psychischer Erkrankungen, die Förderung der seelischen Gesundheit sowie für die Entstigmatisierung psychischer Erkrankungen und die Aufklärung über psychische Erkrankungen in der Bevölkerung ein. Ziel ist ein vorurteilsfreier und gleichberechtigter Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in unserer Gesellschaft. Die besondere Qualität des Aktionsbündnisses ist die gleichberechtigte Zusammenarbeit vieler Akteure mit ihren spezifischen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen sowie die trialogische Ausrichtung, d.h. die Zusammenarbeit von Vertreterinnen und Vertretern des psychiatrischen Versorgungssystems, der Selbsthilfe psychisch erkrankter Menschen und deren Angehörigen.
