Trustpilot
Head Teacher and staff are very unprofessional. Teachers mostly do not have any teaching background. Some of them are family members and relatives of school management which goes against the spirit of transparency. The trustees are also biased. Parents and students have a very little say when there is a complain against the staff or management. Strong likes and dislikes which upsets some pupils and parents.
Trustpilot
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Al Aqsa Primary School. As a parent, I felt that both my child and I were treated unfairly, and the school showed little care, understanding, or professionalism during a difficult situation.Communication from the school was extremely poor, and instead of supporting us, they made assumptions, handled things in an unprofessional manner, and failed to show basic compassion. At times, it felt as though the school was more concerned about protecting themselves than listening to parents or acting in the best interests of the pupils. My child was left distressed, and the way the school dealt with us has completely destroyed my trust in their leadership and safeguarding processes. As parents, we expect honesty, fairness, and respect, but unfortunately we did not receive that here. This has been one of the most stressful experiences we have had with a school, and I would strongly advise other parents to be cautious and to look into how the school handles concerns before enrolling their children.
