Através d projeto MEERU APROXIMA tem como objetivo combater o ISOLAMENTO SOCIAL de famílias MIGRANTES e REFUGIADAS acolhidas em Portugal, em zonas rurais. Capacitamos, orientamos voluntários para a construção de genuínos laços de afeto, pertença e confiança. Estes voluntários constituem EQUIPAS DE PROXIMIDADE que acompanham famílias com encontros semanais, sendo responsáveis pela sua orientação cultural, por encontros de lazer e convívio.
