Reduir el nombre d'habitatges en desús i reivindicar el valor d'ús de l'habitatge. Impulsar la conservació, rehabilitació, reforma i renovació dels edificis existents. Així com impulsar la cura i el manteniment dels espais comuns o sense ús, promovent la diversitat i la cohesió social als barris i l'ús social, obert i col•lectiu dels espais. Promoure una tercera via alternativa al lloguer i a la compra per facilitar l'accés a l'habitatge i fomentar l'emancipació juvenil. Reduir el nombre d'habitatges en desús i reivindicar el valor d'ús de l'habitatge. Impulsar la conservació, rehabilitació, reforma i renovació dels edificis existents. Així com impulsar la cura i el manteniment dels espais comuns o sense ús, promovent la diversitat i la cohesió social als barris i l'ús social, obert i col•lectiu dels espais. Generar alternatives als canvis causats pel turisme massificat i pel procés de gentrificació dels barris al mateix temps que difondre l'intercanvi, el decreixement i la sostenibilitat com a eixos de transformació econòmica, ideològica, urbanística, constructiva i en l'àmbit de les relacions humanes. Per aconseguir les seves finalitats, l'associació realitza les activitats següents: Gestionar cessions d'ús temporal de superfícies publiques i privades (com poden ser edificis, solars o murs), en règim de parceria, mitjaneria o masoveria urbana basats en l'intercanvi no monetari. Promoure un treball en xarxa per a la difusió de la masoveria urbana (parceria o mitjaneria) i de la seva eficàcia com formula alternativa al lloguer o a la compra d'habitatge, a través d'esdeveniments, conferències i punts informatius. Suportar i impulsar estudis, recerques i el desenvolupament de projectes que serveixin a enriquir la qualitat i quantitat de l'oferta d'habitatges en règim de masoveria urbana. Organitzar i produir esdeveniments, tallers, performances artístiques, exposicions, documents audiovisuals que serveixin per dinamitzar, promoure i difondre la masoveria urbana. Organitzar, promoure i gestionar activitats educatives adreçades especialment a infants i joves com "Escoles tallers", camps de treball i casals de lleure centrats en la rehabilitació, les noves tecnologies sostenible
