Modern high-tech fields demand continuous self-education due to rapidly changing technologies and emerging markets. The boundary between "study" and "work" has essentially disappeared; today's professional path requires a lifelong combination of learning and doing. As a result, traditional education (focused only on theory) and traditional career models (focused only on work) no longer satisfy the needs of the 21st century. Our vision for a contemporary high-tech ecosystem is an integration of Research, Production, and Education. Any organization lacking one of these components becomes less competitive compared to those that innovate, produce, and train their specialists simultaneously.
