1) The purpose of CEELI is to develop the rule of law, protect human rights and freedoms of individuals, promote transparent and responsible governance, develop economic opportunities and growth and promote friendly dispute resolution. 2) To fulfil the purpose, CEELI will provide the following types of services of general interest: (a) organise programmes and issue materials to support the purpose referred to in paragraph 1; b) provide first-class interactive programmes and skills development for legal professionals, including lawyers, lawyers, judges, justice workers and other legal-state stakeholders, both in the most modern background of CEELI in Prague and locally in other places as needed; (c) to convene conferences, exchanges and concentration, to provide services as a private place for international meetings, discussions and meetings.
1) Účelem CEELI je rozvoj právního státu, ochrana lidských práv a svobod jednotlivců, podpora transparentní a odpovědné správy, rozvoj ekonomických příležitostí a růstu a podpora smírného řešení sporů. 2) K naplnění účelu, bude CEELI poskytovat následující druhy obecně prospěšných služeb: a) organizovat programy a vydávat materiály na podporu účelu uvedeného v odstavci 1; b) poskytovat prvotřídní interaktivní programy a rozvoje dovedností pro právní profesionály včetně právníků, advokátů, soudců, pracovníků justice a dalších osob angažovaných v otázce právního státu, a to jak v nejmodernějším zázemí CEELI v Praze, tak lokálně v jiných místech dle potřeby; c) svolávat konference, výměny a soustředění, poskytovat služby jako soukromé místo pro mezinárodní setkání, diskuze a jednání.
