Hauptziele des Regionalverbandes sind:- die Verbindung seiner Glieder untereinander zu fördern, - die Glieder im Glauben zu festigen, - gemeinsam mit den angeschlossenen Vereinen und Gruppen die Arbeit des Regionalverbandes auszubreiten. Der Regionalverband setzt sich für eine ganzheitliche Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen ein. Er will schwerpunktmässig junge Menschen fördern und unterstützen, in der Entfaltung ihrer Selbst, in ihrer persönlichen, sportlichen, kreativen Entwicklung und in ihrem gemeinnützigen Engagement.
