This program certified as an evidence based model has achieved a 95%+ sustained effectiveness rate since 2000 in preventing school dropout and reducing violent or delinquent behavior. Mission and Goals PRYR's mission is to develop and implement preventive programs for youth at risk, promoting their full potential for success and leadership. Its goals are advanced through: • Adult and peer mentorship that provides consistent guidance and role models. • Personal and social development workshops for youth, families, and teachers. • Academic support and Safe Haven Centers (Caney) located within schools. • Meaningful work and service experiences that foster responsibility and community engagement. Through these principles and programs, PRYR empowers young people to thrive academically, socially, and personally, ensuring they become leaders in their communities and agents of positive change.
