2013年8月法人設立。鹿児島県民に対して福祉、農山漁村又は中山間地域の復興、職業能力の開発又は雇用機会の拡充を支援する活動、障害者総合支援法に基づく障害者福祉サービスに関する事業を行い、地域住民に寄与することを目的とする。 2014年6月より「障害者継続支援A型」を開始。 主な就労先として、農産物加工センター・農産物生産会社・鹿屋市清掃センター他にチャレンジパーソンズ支援隊を結成し、地域の高齢者宅などの清掃や庭の掃除などを行っている。
