JTL never return calls, 6 times I tried contacting them regarding starting an apprenticeship. I was told every time that somebody would call me back... 6 times! I started back in May and it’s now September and now I’ve also lost the extra funding as it closes on the 30th September. Wouldn’t reccomend this company in the slightest. I’ve found elsewhere to go through my apprenticeship.

Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. I started the course and got 75% of it done and then got stuck and asked for help but no one was interested in helping. And then they stopped answering my calls and text so I gave up on the course after a year of being ignored. But out of no were they started contacting me for the money for the course even though they haven't provided me with any help on the course and then ghosted me for a year... DO TRAIN THROUGH JTL .....

My son applied for a training course with them, passed all the assessments and then heard nothing. He called them to find out what was happening and was told that his employer hadn't replied to an email (they hadn't sent one) so his application was on hold. They then revealed all the places at his local college had gone but they could offer a place at a college 90 miles away! This was a non-starter as he cannot drive, and a 200-mile round trip isn't ideal. I don't understand why they didn't telephone anyone when they could see a live application on the system. So they've totally ruined his plans after he worked hard to secure a placement.

Signed up, took the tests, every time we tried to log back in couldn't access the site. Options of where to go were limited. Information on how it works was crap. Useless website. When we phoned, male member of staff was very abrupt. We gave up in the end.
Trustpilot
Cancelled my course a 3 days before I was going to start. Don't go with JTL, the people on the phone are useless, no communication within the company, have no clue what they are doing. Don't ever choose JTL.

JTL used to provide an excellent service training our apprentices. They are now absolutely awful, do not show up, do not answer emails, do not review apprentices correctly, do not even know apprentices names or year of study, do not manage them AT ALL. We will be advising all future apprentices to go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE JTL!!!This company is by far the worst company I have ever used for a training provider or any course relating the to trade industry. I signed up with this company almost 2 years ago. Passed the initial assessments then they demanded the payment. Could not access website. Could not upload any work to website. Get completely ignored, no answers on any questions asked. Company then folded without warning and tried to terminate my contract with them.Absolutely disgraceful to call themselves a training provider.AVOID AVOID AVOID

My grandson began an electrical apprenticeship with this joke of a company in 2019 and has still not completed it. Total disregard for the futures of these young people and completely puts their lives and chances of moving forward on hold. Disgraceful the way they perform. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
Trustpilot
Absolute shambles of a training provider. If you are thinking on enrolling yourself or an apprentice at your company on their courses you should run a mile. Over 5 years on their books and they still haven’t signed off my NVQ even though everything was completed ages ago. Poor excuses used like ‘the tutor lost your work’ which quite frankly is appalling. Guarantees made by the CEO himself which didn’t happen because the company are rotten liars from top to bottom. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Trustpilot
We have an apprentice who has been made to take courses which were not required and so he has wasted a whole year. This is totally unacceptable
