Awesome sports massage!

As you trek your way to EBC, what could be better than a trekker-specific massage when you get to Namche?? God bless Lisa and her team training the Sherpas in sports massage. It's an hour of pure Bliss. The Sherpas are careful about hygiene and very well trained in deep tissue massage. After trekking for 2 days, it just feels so so good to have a massage in all the right places! Conveniently located and comfortable facilities, it's the perfect idea for your layover day. Especially love that I get to feel good about doing good while getting a great massage. Brilliant idea and can't wait to go back for my next massage!

Wonderful staff, very accommodating and clearly well trained. Had a full body massage before attempting EBC. Felt that the sports massage was one of the best I have. Clearly very skilled and well trained, tackling areas of pain very well. Definitely helped on the trek up, I would recommend to anyone. Amazing value for 1 full hour as well!
