Since the creation of MSR in 2007, we have impacted over 2,600 unemployed individuals, by connecting them with education, training, and employment opportunities. We were originally named “Men on the Side of the Road”, as we catered to men who stood on the side of the road waiting and hoping to earn a day’s wage as a day labourer. As we grew, we decided to expand to all unemployed people and now offer our services to women, youth, and anyone else struggling in the labour market.
