Here we are again 2 weeks after i wrote a review on the Spa at Beckenham, Kent. They still have not resolved the hot water for the changing roomshowers & sinks, No response from the management or staff on whythis is taking so long to resolve.Changing areas are dirty & not supplied with any toilet rolls & hand wash at peak times. The lockers in the swimming pool changing area, i would say arearound 90% out of order & these signs have been up over 3 months!!I would suggest AVOID this place at the moment, it is a very depressing place.

I'm a full golf member. My membership card is not recognized, anywhere. I asked in bromley, orpington, cobtree, nobody seems to know how to sort it. Sent an email to the head office. No reply. Worst customers service ever.

Ref Orpington Golf Centre:They appear to have an issue of gangs of 'Travellers' roaming the golf courses, harassing the players. This can be as little as intimidation of the players whilst they are playing, to stealing golf clubs/equipment and hijacking golf carts with everything on it.The staff are quick(ish) to respond, but there is an obvious need for full time security patrols out on the course or at least a permanent Course Marshall, but like many clubs they do not have this. I have played all three Courses at Orpington Golf Central over many years and until Saturday I have never seen a Course Marshall out on the course before. On the occasion on Saturday they were on their way to deal with a 'Traveller' robbery incident on the course. So if playing Orpington Golf Centre, my advice is:1/ Do not play there solo. You will be an obvious target.2/ Keep any valuables in your pockets, not in your bag. i.e. car/door keys, wallet, money, etc.3/ If you have a buggy, take the keys out of the ignition when you get out to take each shot.4/ Get a rain hood for your golf bag. Keep it zipped and only unzip when selecting your club, then re-zip again.5/ Always keep an Iron like a wedge close to hand. Don't be caught defenceless. Even when sitting in a buggy or walking between shots.6/ Don't be taken-in by inquisitive friendly/chatty passers-by, as there should be no non-players on the course. There are no public pathways on the course. If someone approaches you and stops to chat, be on your guard as they may be sizing you up to rob you, or your equipment.Speaking to other players this has happend to quite a few players recently. They need staff out on the course dealing with it daily, they have a duty of care to their paying customers. It's a shame as I have played here many dozens of times over a number of years and they are quite nice courses, but after Saturday's experience which left me in fear for my safety whilst on the course, I will not be going back aga

Don't sign up to do their nutrition course. They tell you that you've passed but you never see your certificate. So you've wasted your time and i guess they get what they want out of it.

Booked a tee time at Boldmere golf course for 24th Dec and payment was taken in advance from my PayPal account. Due to inclement weather the course was closed. I was advised by the golf course reception to contact Mytime Active to request a refund but the only contact number available is HQ which never answers the phone and has failed to respond to 3 requests via their website portal. Whilst accepting that Christmas holidays may incur a delay, I would have thought that their process would cater for cancelled tee times activated by their intervention and either automatically refund payment or offer another suitable future tee time. It seems that processes to take money is unaffected but to offer a customer service is sadly lacking and needs attention!!

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone on reception. I finally gave up after 20 mins and still only 22nd in the queue! Would help if they employed more than 1 person to answer the phone.

The two staff at reception were good at 2 things: get me to make the payment for my membership and opening the gate for those who needed to use the pool. None of them were able to give me the accurate ID to book the classes via the app. The lady simply told me that she is a new staff and the man ignored me until he decided to give me an ID which was false. If I am unable to cancel my class, it will be recorded against me but I have no ID to access the APP. Could they not train the two staffs before getting them to start?

Absolutely awful customer service, I finally got through after being on hold for over an hour - was told they couldn’t get through to the pool but would send an email and they’d contact me. Obviously nobody did. Found out at next class that Beckenham spa pool throw away lost property after 24 hours apparently because of covid, yet none of the reception staff were wearing masks.

If I could give this company a minus review, I would.I paid for a round of golf at Hatchford Brook, Birmingham last year. The round was for two people that was cancelled due to heavy rainfall closing the course. I therefore rebooked again, however was unable to play due to lockdown restrictions. I have been requesting that the money be refunded back into my account since November 2020. After numerous emails and promises that it would be and it’s the end of June 2021 and it still hasn’t been refunded. It’s not about the money really, albeit they get paid and keep the money but we haven’t played a round. Even emails to the MyTime complaint email on the website doesn’t promote a reply. Just avoid at all costs. Rubbish service you’d be better playing any other private course that would likely cost the same anyway.

My membership was automatically frozen due to Covid closure last year. I received an email from them in August 2020 saying: "We can’t wait to welcome you back when you’re ready to return to us. To let us know that you would like to unfreeze your membership simply email us with your MemberID and the date you wish your membership to start. Our team will get back in contact to confirm the change to your membership."I never emailed them to unfreeze, yet they just decided to take my membership Direct Debit anyway on 1st July with no communication. Rang to complain several times .. each time, put in a long queue hold .. finally got through to a very unfriendly sounding person. They claim they emailed me but they didn't and say I'm not entitled to a refund. Frankly daylight robbery and I've now cancelled my membership. I concur with other reviews about the terrible customer service.
