Bad assistance in managing the Ipagoo…

Bad assistance in managing the Ipagoo administration. They do not respond to emails in time, unable to receive assistance via e-mail. Lack of respect in the return of customer funds. Bad administrators. Not recommended!

Could not run a bath, let alone a Company like Debenhams

Correct me if I'm wrong, but an administrator runs a business when said business is in trouble and act in accordance with correct and legal practices, remaining ethical at all times - Did I get that bit right ?? Can you please tell me why many customers are being treated in such an appalling manner? Oh,you didn't know there were issues , of course not - head in the sand ??When you can be bothered have a look at all the Trust Pilot reviews for Debenhams, oh look, there are one or two about your good selves!

Very poor support

Very poor support. Never received any correspondence in regards to what was happening or how to apply for redundancy, never answered emails, phones calls were never returned. Had enough losing your job at any point in the year let alone in the run up to Christmas. Other staff members received emails then telling them they were NOT entitled to wage arrears, holiday pay owed, and pay in leui of notice. Disgraceful attitude all around.

Bunch of cowboys.

Possibly the worst company in the world!! Appointed as administrators for many companies including Simplicity Energy. They do none of the work - sub it out to debt collectors without advising the customers. Absolutely appalling that the first thing you know there’s a debt collector phoning you. They say it doesn’t go on Your credit history but given how they deal with people I really don’t believe them. I spoke to a person about this (I won’t name him here) and found him to be possible one of the rudest people I have ever come across. They also release personal details to a third party which to my understanding would contravene GDPR regulations.

Contrary to the 100% of poor reviews

Contrary to the 100% of poor reviews, I was very impressed with the response I got from this company, namely, Matt, who emailed me back promptly regarding my complex issue with the aftermath of the Simplicity collapse. I was furnished with all the relevant information, and copious, informative statements, resulting in a final positive balance, which I then had to pursue with British Gas Evolve. However, have just received a demand by return from a company called Credit Style for £270.57, purporting to represent FRP Advisory, with no explanation as to why. I hope the accusations of this company using sub-contractors like Credit Style by fellow reviewers to send inaccurate or bogus requests for money prove to be misplaced, if not I will join them in posting a poor review. I await another prompt response to my email to Matt to correct what appears to be an error.

Still awaiting a response to my emails.

Have emailed FRP Advisory re my final bill with Simplicity Energy as I received a letter from Credit Style advising that I owe money. My final bill in March showed a credit. Suddenly a couple of days ago a bill appeared on my SE account showing that I’m in debit by the amount being demanded by Credit Style. This seems suspicious to me. I can’t get through to Credit Style and my understanding is that British Gas Evolve would deal with all credits/debits. So I won’t be paying Credit Style. A response from FRP Advisory would have been appreciated given that they are the appointed Administrators here.

What is the point of this useless…

What is the point of this useless company. As a Simplicity customer I was told to contact the Newcastle office. They don’t reply to emails. Their phone line will not connect, just a message to call later. This has been the same all week. Called London office twice. Second call said Andrew would call back, but never did. I have been waiting 16 weeks for the credit on my Simplicity account to be sent to me, but no progress. I also blame Ofgem for all the problems Simplicity customers have with all the problems.

Awaiting response from FRP advisory

I have received a letter from credit style asking me to pay £82. I tried to call them and unfortunately couldn’t get hold of them at my first try. Paid the amount as I don’t want any adverse effect in my credit rating. Later I called them and realised it was for simplicity energy where I was a customer 1.5 years ago. Staff Advised to contact FRP advisory. My simplicity account was closed with a credit of £35 long time ago and I sent the proof to FRP advisory through email and requested for a refund. I tried to call them numerous times and sent emails many times. No response. What type of scam is this? Don’t know how to proceed? Do I need to claim through small claims court?
