Don't bother if you want tickets

I joined because this year they promised a first come first served ticket basis for tickets. The ticket sale started at 10:00am, I went to the ticket site at 9:30, the site said it was down for maintenance, cue 90 minutes of solid refreshing the page on 3 different computers on 3 different internet connections, every single time it timed out, from the response on twitter it wasn't just me. In short, the website is incapable of dealing with the demand, so £50 down the tube, never again.

After a really bad experience with…

After a really bad experience with another company fom which I bought two rugby tickets (see my other review), out of desperation I sent the two, no longer wanted, tickets to England Rugby.com only three days prior the match, with the hope that they could resell the tickets on my behalf (I didn't want to resell them in dodgy, semi-illegal, overcharging website that are out there).Althought England Rugby.com didn't own me anything, I had purchased the tickets from a 3rd party afterall, they sold my tickets and refunded me in full the face price of the tickets to my current account, no administrative charge or any other fee for their service!!! I still lost over £200 from this "experience" as I purchased the tickets at an incredibly inflated price from the 3rd party company, but England Rugby.com promptly assisted me and allowed me to recover part of my loss. Also, the customer service person I spoke to over the phone was kind and managed to deal with my difficult enquiry with professionalism. If you need rugby tickets stick to the professionals, England rubgy.com. They are also cheaper than the dodgy resellers.

Professional approach

The professional level is visible. Good attitude. In principle, there are no special complaints at all. Professional approach. This can not but rejoice. In general, I am satisfied with the cooperation.
