You ask me why I scored you one star. You charged me £1200 for an MRI scan on a machine that i snot even up to date and is old and clunky. You said you would give me a receipt for the payment when I cam out and yet I was then asked to wait half an hour for someone to come off their lunch break. The doctor said that the condition would get worse and offered no support or surgery. His name is Dr Youngman and I have forwarded a copy of that conversation to the GMC and copies of the MRI scan.Today I spoke to a woman in the MRI department and asked her to send a copy of the MRI Images to my GP at my GPs request. She insisted on not sending them by email and said to me she is not going to be dictated to by me when she asked what I would like and I said I would like a hard copy of my images and a copy sent to my GP. I told her it is my data and I am asking her how I and my GP would like it processed. She shouted at me and was rude and slammed the phone down. I am very reasonable and polite and my request is reasonable. I am now going to make a complaint to the ICO about how my data has been processed by an angry abusive woman.
