Very poor customer service and rude management. They take weeks to reply to a simple email if they bother to reply at all. They have no idea what they’re doing. Our building is a mess and they just don’t care. They don’t bother to check if they have given you the correct information. Spoiler alert. It was WRONG on many occasions. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. I WOULD STEER CLEAR FROM THEM. ALL YOU GET IS GRIEF AND AGRO!! The building is poorly constructed with leaks in the roof and the service fee is high with no service at all. They charged a ridiculous price for a single guy to come and clean the windows with a splash of water and and extendable squeegee from the bottom floor. There are 5 floors to the building. The guy could not see the windows from down there and it was still filthy after! We only got one window clean out of 4 and they charged us for it. The floors in all the building squeaks and is loud and noisy. The bathroom pipe was not fitted properly and caused a flood. The washing machines shakes so violently that it cracked the walls and floors. This company is a joke.

Exercise caution when considering purchasing property from Jaspar developers. Their construction standards are notably low, often employing unprofessional technicians and utilizing inexpensive materials. Shortly after purchasing the property, we encountered various issues such as loose floor tiles, squeaky floors, and a boiler installed incorrectly, with the inlet and outlet reversed. Additionally, there were instances of water and gas leaks, along with numerous roof problems, all within a couple of years.Their customer care is characterized by a lack of empathy and rudeness. They employ deliberate delay tactics and show complete negligence towards addressing snagging issues. Despite repeated requests from residents to address these issues, Jaspar developers have ignored them, deliberately delaying resolution until after the warranty period expired. They have even washed their hands of responsibility, suggesting that residents fix the issues themselves.A reputable company would take responsibility for addressing fundamental issues with flooring, plumbing, and overall building quality. These issues were initially concealed due to the new construction, only becoming apparent after professional inspections. Jaspar developers consistently shift blame onto others, whether it be technicians or leaseholders, rather than taking accountability for the problems.

We have been extremely disappointed and shocked by the way Japer Group has treated us since we bought our Flat over 3 years ago. They never finished the snagging work and delayed the process until the clause in the contract expired. They have used sub standard managing companies such as LBM and currently Redrock to run the building. They do not respond to emails or take calls. They use sub standard contractors. I would not recommend anyone buys anything that is built by Jaspar as you will have to deal with heartache and disappointment on a regular basis. Other people in our building have also suffered with the above mentioned.

!!!Serious defect ignored despite being raised before completion!!!I would urge caution before purchasing from Jaspar Group. Shortly before completion, I raised concerns in writing about discolouration to the kitchen floor and the possibility of moisture or underfloor-heating issues. Jaspar acknowledged this but carried out only a superficial visual inspection and dismissed the concern.Over time, the issue worsened and has now developed into visible bubbling, expansion and deformation of the flooring, consistent with long-term moisture damage.Since reporting the deterioration, Jaspar has repeatedly failed to engage meaningfully: emails went unanswered, responsibility was deflected back to the homeowner, and a clear written deadline for response was missed. No independent specialist inspection has been arranged. The most disappointing part is not the defect itself, but the lack of accountability and post-completion support once the sale was completed. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend independent inspections and extreme caution before buying from this developer.
