BEEEP is a unique export-oriented value chain ecosystem that will resolve challenges in the mangos, avocados and vegetables value chains to enhance competitiveness and increase access to identified export markets. BEEEP will partner with the government of Kenya trade agencies and select private sector players, buyers, and producers to deliver the following three objectives: 1.Increased and diversified trade in mangos, avocados and vegetables value chains. 2.Reduced trading times and costs by improving efficiency and environmental sustainability of transport infrastructure at Mombasa port, Nairobi ICD and Naivasha ICD 3.Enhanced business climate by improving capacity of Kenya’s Department for Business Reforms and Transformations to develop, coordinate and implement business reforms related to ease of doing business at national and sub-national levels.
