Useless company. Allows any Tom, Dhick and Harry to make up a fake account and slander landlords who are not signed up with them. They do not even adhere to their own 'Terms and Conditions' which state they must give the landlord a chance to challenge the defamatory comments. They needed to be shut down and sued for defamation.
Trustpilot
Not sure how they can call themselves a charity. They are just a glorified landlord and don't deal with complaints. Would avoid at all costs
Trustpilot
Why do they exist??? They ask for all information and then weeks later say they cant investigate, comment or get involved. Utterly unprofessional and seemingly incompetent.
Trustpilot
The first agency that didn't try to steal all our deposit or add unreasonable fees at the end. I've been really impressed with the ethics of Unipol, they really keep the landlord in check (I didn't realise till after but they're actually a charity setup to improve student renting - and they certainly did!). I had some issues moving out in time, for which they were unbelievably helpful, they didn't charge me but instead Sam (my housing manager) offered to use another Unipol room to temporarily move my items into.Proper problem solvers, who are on the tenants side.
