We delivered intensive supports using the Practitioner Coaching Framework (PCF), our coaching model, which encourages individuals to develop their strengths, skills and confidence to problem solve and meet challenges. This was an outcome of our recovery work in 2019 and 2020 which established our credibility and Windermere was identified as a goto provider to respond to the October 2022 flood event. We nearly tripled our recovery workforce and met a 70% increase in demand for services. Our Victims Assistance Program also expanded its reach while retaining its existing operations. Our expertise in victim support spanning two decades was recognised as we secured a new contract period for our programs in the Southern Metropolitan and Gippsland regions and expanded into new regions in the East and West metro areas. Across the 12 months our NDIS services continued to show steady growth across Plan Management, Support Coordination and Early Intervention Therapy Services with 2,408 children and adults receiving our services. We also attended the Melbourne Disability Connections Expo to share our expertise and enhance community engagement and relationships across the disability sector. During the year, our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) expanded to five local primary schools with three new schools onboarding. We delivered exciting and varied school holiday programs featuring incursions and special activities to 430 children. We further enhanced our family day care serv
