I have requested 1x Digital Replacement Certificate for £25.00 WSET level 2 and received a confirmation of the payment but after more then a week with 5 email sent and enquiring when I would receive the above....so far no one reply. Did sent a copy of my complain and payment to the Trading authority and also to Ofwat for a refund.
