Swansea University clearly state on their website that permits are required between 8am and 4 pm Mon to Friday (still states this , and using wayback machine as far back as 16/06/2023) and yet they fine parents visiting thier kids on weekends. I have been fighting TotalParkingsolutions and BWLegal for over 3 years now over this nonsense. Thier page is very misleading .
